The brand new RTX 4000 ADA Generation SFF card is a tiny powerhouse, packing the performance of an A4000 into the packaging of an A2000 but with 20gb VRAM and power draw of 70w. Our power mod increases performance to 3070ti levels just like our a4000 mod does, but the new 4000 ADA SFF only draws 140w.
We’ve added an external 6 pin power connector to the card and secured it with a 3D printed enclosure that is compact, secure, and easy to use.
During the modification process, in addition to the power mod, we replace the stock thermal paste with a high performance paste. We leave the stock memory pads, they are adequate for the majority of our clients.
Externally, the card looks identical to a stock card, but don’t be fooled by the looks. Performance is astounding, we have netted a graphics score of 15515 in 3D Mark Time Spy, surpassing the performance of a stock 3070ti as well as that of our power modded a4000.

After modification process, the card will draw 110w from the PCIe slot. While this is significantly more than the slot is designed for, we have modified cards drawing 140w from the slot that have been running on test benches 24/7 for over a year now with no issues. That being said, we are not responsible for damage to motherboards or risers caused by using the modified card. Modified cards are supplied with our “no DOA” warranty meaning we stress test every card before it leaves our facility. If one of our cards arrives to you DOA, we will replace the card through shipping insurance. No other warranty is provided.

We have been hard at work unlocking the potential of workstation graphics cards, and the A4000 is the one we found the most potential in.
Our power mod not only increases base performance of the A4000 by roughly 14%, but unlocks the ability to overclock the card to performance levels rivaling an RTX 3070ti equaling a roughly 36% performance increase. Final overclocking results will vary with silicon lottery of course. Here is the world record time spy score we achieved with a test card we have here modified exactly like we supply to you: 3dMark Time Spy Graphics score of 14229
In addition to the performance gains, we have designed custom brackets to properly retrofit a 3060 ITX cooler onto the A4000 allowing this beast of a card to fit into many SFF builds.
Our customized Power Mod is balanced in a way that is designed to never overload the PCIE x16 slot. We also replace the standard 6 pin power connector with an 8 Pin external power header to support the additional power draw. Total board power with the mod peaks around 205w, measured power draw will need to be multiplied by approximately 1.82x
Turn around time for modification can take up to two weeks from when the card arrives at our facility, but we have been able to keep up fairly well so expect something closer to 3-5 business days.
The power mod and cooler includes installation of:
Custom balanced shunt resistors
Custom brackets to ensure proper pressure on VRM thermal pads and provide mounting for the PCIE bracket
3060 ITX cooler and fan
8 pin PCIE power header
